Aloha Jeff, Nancy, and Brittany,
I've been meaning to email you forever, to send you some photos of Herky and to thank you again for everything you did while she stayed at the DogHouse last November. I couldn't believe what a change you made in her - it was truly amazing. So amazing that we had a peaceful Christmas morning opening presents, with Herky sitting patiently and watching, instead of tearing up all the wrapping paper! Her transition to Hawaii was smooth, and we used your idea to keep her on her lead for several weeks, until she got over the hump of a new place and being re-introduced to us. It worked like a charm! We've maintained all the training you instilled in her, and while she still has her typical Herky energy, she listens to us when we give a command and she's overall a wonderful, playful dog. And by the way - thank you for teaching her "climb." That's the best command ever invented! We now have pleasant dinners!
Thanks again for everything. It gave us great peace of mind to know she was in good hands while we started the transition to a new home. I attached some pictures of her here... hope you enjoy.

Freya graduated our two week IKT program in August and did an excellent job! Freya's parents said:
