Owning a dog is one of life's most rewarding and enjoyable experiences. Training is one of the most important things you can do to establish and build a long-term positive relationship with your dog. The Dog House Training Academy has multiple training programs designed to maximize the relationship between you and your dog.

• In-Kennel Training Program:
  Have your pet board in our spacious accommodations and receive daily training sessions with professional trainers. This is an excellent program to give your dog a jump start into training. They will learn good obedience while they are here and we can also address other basic household issues such as: jumping, chewing, housebreaking, etc. We will schedule weekly training lessons for you as well so you know how to effectively communicate with your dog at home. The minimum stay for all dogs is two weeks.

• Group Obedience Classes:
  Every Saturday you can come with your pup to enjoy training with the Dog House's own professional trainers in a group setting. There are six levels of obedience starting with a free orientation session. You'll progress through the levels at your own pace and you have 6 months to complete them! We'll take you and your dog from basic obedience through advanced off-leash training! Can't make it every Saturday? No problem! Classes are designed to allow you to miss when needed and not fall behind.

• Therapy Dog Classes:
  Ever think your dog would make a great therapy dog? Through our Therapy Dog Classes, we will train and certify you and your dog as a Therapy Dog Team! This will allow you to take your dog into hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities to bring a smile and companionship to patients and residents.

• Agility Classes:
  Our creative 3 level class will show you and your dog how to navigate through an entire Agility course! It's a great way for your pet to get some excercise and have some fun.Our flexible class design gives you 6 months of attendance to complete all 3 levels. Since we hold all 3 levels every week, you can miss some classes without falling behind. Classes are held Wednesday evenings.

• Private Lessons and In-Home Lessons:
  Enjoy one on one lessons with a Professional Trainer at our facility or in the comfort of your own home! .We can work on anything from basic obedience to competiton training! Call today for more information.

• Protection Training/Schutzhund Training :
  Need a dog to protect you or your property? We can supply you with a trained dog, help you select the correct dog for the job, or train your own personal dog.
  These services are also available for Schutzhund training. Have your dog titled without having to do the work!
