Your dog must be pre-approved for our 24/7 drop-off & Pick-up service.
24-7 Room
Dogs that qualify for use of this room are those that are non-aggressive, people friendly, dog friendly and are not chronic escape artists.
There are a limited number of slots available for 24/7 pick-up and drop-off, please call and reserve a spot for your pup.
Payment
If you would like to reserve in the 24-7 pick up/drop off, you must prepay for your dog's entire visit.
Risks
This service is meant to be a convenience for our customers and to accommodate their busy schedules, however, it is not without risks. These include but are not limited to:
• Your dog escaping because other customers failed to secure all doors, cages and locks;
• Injuries to your dogs through the carelessness of other pet owners;
• Injuries to yourself or your pet by the aggression of an escaped pet of other owners;
• The theft of your property by other pet owners or by other persons who gain access to the kennels through the failure to secure all doors, cages and locks;
• Theft of your pet by other pet owners or by other persons who gain access to the kennels by the failure to secure all doors, cages and locks;
• The destruction or damage to your property by the activities of other animals belonging to other customers;
You must pre-arrange Drop-off or Pick-up your dog anytime you want with our 24/7 Service. Just call the number above for details.
Terms
By your usage of this service you are verifying and agreeing to the following:
• That your dog is not an aggressive dog who is in danger to other dogs or to people;
• That your dog is not an "escape artist", that is that your dog is not known to have the ability to escape from cages, fenced areas or closed doors;
• That The Doghouse Inc. is not to be held responsible for the acts or actions referred to herein.
